    DataV:Configure a workspace

    This topic describes how to configure a workspace. By configuring workspaces, you can manage the permissions of different types of visualization applications and workspaces.

    Procedure

    1. On the Workspaces page, select the workspace that you want to configure.

    2. In the right-side pane, view the basic information about the space and configure it as follows.

    3. In the Basic Information section, view the Space Identifier. You can also modify the Project Quota and Favorite Quota settings.value, the set range does not exceed the number of remaining quotas.

      Note

      Transfer ID of a workspace is displayed only after you create a project in the workspace.

    4. In the Manage Members section, grant different permissions to different members. For more information, see the following table.

      Note

      In the following table, Y indicates that the specified account or user has the permission, and N indicates that the specified account or user does not have the permission.

    5. Click the input box. The system displays a list of all RAM users under the Alibaba Cloud account. Select the RAM users that you want to add and click Add.

      Important

      • If no RAM user exists in the list, add a RAM user. For more information, see Add a RAM user.

      • After the RAM user is added, you need to log on to the DataV console once before it can be displayed in the search box.

    6. Optional. To delete a member account, find the member in the added member list and click the 删除图标icon in the Actions column.

    7. If you want to set the expiration time of an added member account, click the 设置到期时间图标icon in the Set Expiration Time column to set the expiration time of the member account.
